Description

Taking a moment to gatter their inner light, Belle focusses and then shoots out a blast of sunlight at the target. Scorching them with the intense fury of the sun.

System

Spend an Action, Exert your Mind, choose a target within 45 feet, and make a roll of Charisma+Performance, Difficulty 6. The target may use a Reaction to dodge or resist.

Damage dealt equals the difference between your attack roll's outcome and the resistance roll's (if one was made), plus 2. The target's Armor is Reduced to 1/2, rounded up.
