Description

Taking a moment to gatter their inner light, Belle focusses and then shoots out a blast of sunlight at the target. Scorching them with the intense fury of the sun.

System

Spend an Action, Exert your Mind, choose a target within 45 feet, and make a roll of Charisma+Performance, Difficulty 6. The target may use a Reaction to dodge or resist.

Damage dealt equals the difference between your attack roll's outcome and the resistance roll's (if one was made), plus 2. Ignores [[armor-piercing]] Armor.
