Edgar bites into flesh or bone, typically devouring the heart, tongue, eyes, & brain in the first sitting. Memories flood the ghoul, causing his eyes to flicker - occasionally, these cast-off memories can be coalesced enough to re-create a fragment of the person's personality - this is an unpleasant fate, as the victim essentially becomes a powerless voice in the mind of the ravenous Ghoul for the duration. Only Edgar can hear this personality fragment, though he can converse with it if desired, effectively talking to himself.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action to activate. Select a Dead target of which you have Eaten some portion of their remains.. You must use up at least a pound of the target's flesh or bone in order to activate this Effect.
The target can communicate in your language for the next hour.
Anyone who witnesses you during this Effect's activation will almost certainly be disturbed to see Cannabalism.
My charater hold on a crystel and they touch the other person they want to heal and they travel back or foruerd in time and heal the person that get's healed gonna have nightmares of diffrent timelines
Exert your Mind and spend 1 minute. Select a Living target within arm's reach. You must actively and obviously use crystal to activate this Effect. Your target must make a Trauma roll when you activate this Effect. Choose a specific Injury on your target that has not yet been treated with this Effect and roll Intellect + Occult at Difficulty 6.
If you succeed, the Injury is reduced in Severity by your Outcome. If you reduce its Severity to 0, the Injury is fully healed. Otherwise, it is partially healed and will heal the rest of the way at its natural rate.
This counts as a successful Makeshift Stabilization if the Injury was not already Stabilized; any Battle Scars caused by the Injury will remain.
A forceful blow, kicking the target’s middle abdomen.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action. Select a Living target within 45 feet. Roll a single d10, Difficulty 4. If you fail or botch, the Effect fails and you cannot activate it again for an hour. Roll Dexterity + Brawl Difficulty 6. The target may contest by rolling to Dodge or Defend as a Reaction, Difficulty 6.
If the contested Outcome is positive, the target takes that much Damage plus 6. Armor is fully effective against this damage.
Injuries caused by this Effect can be Stabilized but do not heal naturally. Any Effect that would heal them has its effectiveness reduced by 2 Severity Levels, to a minimum of 1 Severity level of healing.
If the target receives an Injury, they are knocked back 5 * Severity feet.
The target suffers a -3 dice penalty for the next hour or until the Injury is healed. This dice penalty does not stack multiple times on the same target.
Loyabard whispers honey sweet words that slowly fall out of his mouth and weave the same restrictions between him and his victim. For the next hours both are vulnerable to the affects of whatever devices loyabard instills as part of the influence and must be upheld to the letter of the law.
Exert your Mind (unless you win a coin flip) and spend at least one Action. Select a Sapient target within 20 feet. You must actively and obviously use Writing implement to activate this Effect. Your target may be actively engaged in Combat. Communicate a command to your target. Roll Charisma + Influence at Difficulty 6. The target may resist by rolling Mind at Difficulty 7.
If the contested Outcome is positive, your target will be compelled to follow your command to the letter-- but not necessarily the spirit-- of the command until they have completed it or for your Outcome in hours. You cannot issue another suggestion to the target until 10 minutes after they have completed the first command or 10 minutes after a failure.
The target is unaware that they are under supernatural influence and feel they are acting of their own free will. If you fail, they realize that you were attempting to influence them supernaturally with your command.
Your command can be an order to take an immediate Action and a conditional request. You cannot order a target to "do nothing," and they are free to take other Actions as they fulfill your request. Your command cannot be obviously self-destructive. The Effect ends if following your command would cause a target to cross one of their Limits in a way that would necessitate a Trauma roll.
You may activate this Effect as a Reaction to contest any Action a valid target is taking, reducing their Outcome by your own. Your command has no impact beyond disrupting their Action.
This Effect ends if you are stunned, fall asleep, go unconscious, are incapacitated, die, or if your total Stress ever exceeds 5.
Possession of this Power grants the following Trauma at all times: "When in the presence of anyone with upper-class wealth or power you must make a self control roll to prevent yourself from attacking them"..
Haley's form immediately morphs into the body of Whitney, a scraggly grey humanoid creature. Whitney is a quiet and skulking creature standing at only 4ft tall with elongated limbs great for clambering around stealthily. Most people will be disturbed or grossed out at Whitney's appearance.
Haley even when in the form of Whitney still possesses his memory and consciousness. He is aware he is Whitney at that moment. Whitney is just his critter's stage name.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action.
You transform into Whitney for 30 minutes. You have access to all of your Powers while you are Whitney, and you can use your equipment. Your Battle Scars, Injuries, and physical Liabilities are carried over between forms. Reverting from your Alternate Form cannot cause your existing Injuries to kill you. Instead, you remain Incapacitated.
While transformed, your Dexterity is increased by 1 and your Perception is increased by 1. Your Stress is reduced by 2.
Your body is adapted to Stealth. You receive +3 dice on non-attack rolls related to Stealth.
Anyone who witnesses you during this Effect's activation or for its duration will almost certainly be disturbed to see Whitney's "unconventional" figure.

Your Extra Appendage is incapable of fine object manipulation.

While using this Effect, you may carry one other being without affecting your Encumbrance, so long as you maintain contact with them for the duration and they consent or are grappled.
