Forever grateful for Mrs. Ross's hand in bringing their killer to justice, the spirits journey from beyond the veil and manifest around the user in order to empower their telekinetic abilities. The spirits can be seen around the items that are being controlled by the user's telekinesis, picking them up and guiding the projectiles to strike true.
You gain the following benefits as long as you are using telekinesis, you are wearing this Artifact, and you are engaged in combat with thrown weapons.
+2 dice to all rolls utilizing thrown weapons.
You also gain the following effects:
The Wizard Hat glows briefly and a tiny burst of highly compressed potent flame is launched from the user’s line of sight, bursting outward on contact.
The Wizard Hat exists to serve a single purpose: to grant magic unto those who possess none. It uses the raw imaginative and intellectual processing of its users brains and rapidly transforms that processing away from biological function and maintenance in favor of REAL, TANGIBLE MAGIC!!! The first of its ‘spells’, ‘Fireball’ is barely even a ball. It is more accurately described as a massively-wound string of compressed and potent fire. On contact with a target, it expands. Rapidly. Explosively. You had best stay out of the radius.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action. Select a Location no further than 40 feet from you and in your line of sight. The area within 25 feet of the chosen Location immediately and obviously becomes imminently dangerous. Roll Intellect + Occult at Difficulty 6. Targets inside the radius may attempt an appropriate Reaction at GM’s discretion. Finding a physical barrier to use as cover will cut total Damage taken in half (applies after Reaction roll but before Armor).
If the Outcome is positive, your blast hits everything within 25 feet of the chosen Location with Damage equal to your Outcome + 4.
Damage spreads to targets beyond the edge of the initial radius, decreasing by 2 Damage for every 5 feet traveled.
Any flammable Objects within the radius during the blast will catch fire, and any being who takes at least 4 Damage will catch fire. Starting the Round after they caught fire, flaming targets take 2 Damage per Round until the fire is extinguished.

Michio's signature car, this Nissan Silvia is a well maintained vehicle with custom designs that Michio has seen to himself. Having recently crashed it to the point of near destruction Michio thought his dear was all but gone, only to find out that it was extracted repaired and even... enhanced by a certain individual. Now the two's connection is even stronger than before, wherever the car is left, given time it will eventually drive itself back to Michio.

More than a literary device, this plain rifle is always relevant to the story by being Tropir's preferred weapon. When not in use, it's a keychain attached to his belt for easy access.
This Artifact can be used as a rifle. It is roughly the same size as a rifle but can be collapsed into toy rifle keychain and concealed. Collapsing or expanding it costs a Quick Action.
Attack by rolling Dexterity + Firearms, Difficulty 6. Successful attacks deal Contested Outcome +5 Weapon Damage.
You also gain the following effects:
Red cables unwind and attempt to pull out and shove back in countless screaming ethereal copies of the target, overwhelming their mind with a barrage of their own thoughts with minute different details. These ethereal copies then dissipate into non-existence, all while the target starts to question if they died already and are a just copy of themselves that survived.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action to activate. Select a Sapient target within 20 feet. Roll Perception + Alertness at Difficulty 6. Affected targets may resist by rolling Mind at Difficulty 8 with a -3 dice penalty. If they are incapacitated or unconscious, they fail automatically and their Outcome is 0.
If the Contested Outcome is positive, the target takes Mind damage equal to the Contested Outcome. If you deal at least 3 Mind damage, the target will gain a new Trauma selected by the GM. This trauma may be removed by Effects or mundane therapy as per normal rules. Affected targets are aware that you are interacting with them but they do not view it as an attack or view the resulting Trauma as malicious. If their Trauma is treated, they will be able to see the reality of the situation.
Anyone who witnesses you during this Effect's activation will almost certainly be disturbed to see countless screaming ethereal copies of someone re-enter their body and inflict pain to them.
The spy can do up their passport to take on the appearance of any valid form of identification they may need.
This Artifact can change its appearance. When not transformed, it is roughly the same size as a passport and just as difficult to conceal.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action to activate. This Artifact changes its appearance into an Object within the category of forms of identification. This lasts until you decide to end the Effect, which may be done as a Free Action.
The new object's appearance can mimic specific items (such as a particular painting, a certain person’s ID, etc), but must be of a similar size and weight to this Artifact.
The new appearance is illusory; it will hold up to scrutiny, but its composition is not altered and it gains no new functionality. Any attempt to use it for a function which it cannot perform (for instance, making bread look like a knife and then trying to stab someone) will cause the illusion to fail or allow a Perception check to see through the illusion, at the GM's discretion.
Dazzle Glasses are advanced "black-tech" espionage gear. They can be styled as any sort sunglasses. When the wearer is recorded, they will quickly flash a non-visible laser into the recording device, destroying it after only a moment of footage is taken.
This Effect activates whenever you are recorded. It does not require an Action or Exertion. Select a Non-Sapient Object within 20 feet no larger than a duffel bag (35 liters). Roll Perception + Culture Difficulty 6.
If your Outcome is 4 or higher, the target will be completely destroyed and can no longer function, though it may still be repaired. If your Outcome is less than 4, the target will be partially damaged, and any attempts to use it will suffer a dice penalty equal to your Outcome.
The lightning bracers can be activated to summon a thunderbolt into the wearer's hand. Throwing these thunderbolts makes an incredibly loud boom. Once a thunderbolt is in hand, the wearer can throw as many as they wish. The electricity from these bolts will jump between nearby targets.
This Artifact produces ephemeral projectiles that can be used as a javelin. It is roughly the same size as a javelin but can be collapsed into a pair of bronze bracers and concealed. Collapsing or expanding it costs a Quick Action.
Attack by rolling Brawn + Athletics, Difficulty 6. Successful attacks deal Contested Outcome +4 Weapon Damage. The target's Armor is fully effective against this Damage. Attacks

If your 80 liter backpacking pack is destroyed, things inside may get out, and it will cease to function until it is repaired.
Only you may open and close the container. Others can still destroy it to get at the contents
