Your form is immutable, and hard to damage.
You gain the following benefits as long as you cannot improve your Intellect, you cannot improve your Dexterity rating through training, and any scars or wounds you do receive have a 10% (1 on a 1d10) of being unable to heal.
You have 8 Armor, which reduces incoming Damage. Armor from multiple sources does not stack. This Armor cannot be circumvented with Called Shots.
You may spend an Action or Reaction and Exert your Mind to double your Armor rating for one Round.
Armor penetration does not affect your Armor, and it cannot be shredded or destroyed.
Your Armor’s rating is increased by 2. If you Attack, Clash, or initiate a Contested roll, your Armor’s rating is decreased by 3 for one minute. This penalty does not stack with itself.
You turn into sludge
Exert your Mind and spend an Action to activate.
You transform into Goop for the next hour. You may end the effect early and return to your normal form at will. Your structure must remain relatively contiguous. Observers will view you as an unusual entity moving with a singular purpose.
While in this form, you can squeeze through any gap that is not water-tight.
Damage from standard attacks is halved, but damage from AOE effects is increased by 1.
You cannot communicate, use equipment, or use Gifts while transformed. Your equipment does not transform with you beyond basic body coverings. You cannot carry any items while transformed.
You gain the following benefits as long as you are piloting any vehicle.
You receive +2 dice to any rolls to pilot a vehicle.
You also gain the following effects:
i do a little flute song and a rat scurries along

Exert your Mind (unless you win a coin flip) and spend at least two Actions performing the following ritual: funne song to activate. You must actively and obviously use flute of rat charming to activate this Effect. You must maintain Concentration while activating this Effect, and it fails if you are interrupted.
Summon a single rat at your location. They will last until they are destroyed. They are controlled by the GM but will follow any commands you give. You may have at most 1 minion active at a time.
Minions have 6 Body and can make melee range attacks with 5 dice to attack and +1 Damage. Your minions can move 45 feet per Round as Free Movement, and double that when performing an all-out Sprint. They cannot dodge or Defend. They have dog-level intelligence, but are capable of communicating information back to you. Any Perception checks they make are rolled with 8 dice.
A manifestation of Luci's regret and shame, per the Maddening on Umbra's Spite, is cultivated and weaponized. It pools from the hands and materializes into the real world in the form of a formless mass of ink of pure emotion. Luci throws it a surprising strength.
When it hits a target, that emotion suddenly erupts into a shower of black rain that rushes directly into nearby people's minds, projecting one or more of the Luci's regrets, shames, and most disappointing moments onto the targets in question. The sheer quantity of information overloads the brain or processing center and forces it to essentially reboot, temporarily forcing a few moments of paralysis in which the target is unable to move or resist.
Spend an Action. Select a Living or Animate target within 300 feet. You must use up 1 liter of ink in order to activate this Effect. Roll Perception + Athletics at Difficulty 6. Affected targets may resist by rolling Mind at Difficulty 6.
If you succeed, your target becomes drowsy for the next 30 minutes, during which time they suffer an additional -2 dice Penalty to all Actions. At the end of their drowsiness, they fall into a state of sleep paralysis for Outcome x 3 rounds. During this time, they remain fully conscious and aware of their surroundings but are incapable of taking any actions.
Sleeping targets will not prematurely wake up on their own, but may still be woken up by sudden loud noises, being jarred or splashed with water, taking Damage, or similar rousing events. They will also awaken before dying of hunger, thirst, or suffocation. Drowsy targets always fall asleep, regardless of what happens while they are drowsy.
When activating this Effect you may attempt a knockout. If you do and your Contested Outcome exceeds 4, the target falls asleep immediately. Otherwise, they suffer the drowsy penalty for 2 Rounds.
This Gift's Cost is capped at 2 and cannot be increased further.
The user executes both low punches followed by a roundhouse kick and a powerful heavy blow.
Exert your Mind (unless you win a coin flip) and spend an Action. Select a target within 45 feet. Roll Brawn + Athletics Difficulty 6. The target may contest by rolling to Dodge or Defend as a Reaction, Difficulty 6.
If the contested Outcome is positive, the target takes that much Damage plus 4. Armor is reduced to 1/2, rounded down against this damage.
If the target receives an Injury, they are knocked back 5 * Severity feet.
Perform the Five Point Technique via a series of quick pressure point hits on the target’s chest. As you do, channel your chi and speak a condition involving the number five. If the target cannot stop you from performing the technique, their heart will take a direct hit when they fulfill the chosen condition.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action. Select a Living target within arm's reach. Roll Dexterity + Brawl Difficulty 6. The target may contest by rolling Body, Difficulty 6.
If the contested Outcome is positive, the target takes that much Damage plus 4. The target's material Armor is completely ignored.
When you activate this Effect, instead of occurring immediately, you may choose to delay its effects until the target takes a particular Action. For example: "when they fire a gun" or "when they swim in deep water."
Instead of dealing Damage all at once, the Injury caused by this Power starts at Severity 1 and worsens at the rate of one level per Round until it reaches the Severity it would have otherwise been.
The Soldier has spent a healthy ten thousand hours training with the weapons of their military. They are deadly when wielding any firearm made in their home country. Within a minute, they have determined how materially valuable the object is and why.
Exert your Mind and spend a minute. Select a target Object within arm's reach. At the end of your investigation, roll Charisma + Culture at Difficulty 6.
