I manipulate them
Exert your Mind and spend an Action. Select a Non-Alien Creature within 20 feet.
For the next day, you may issue specific commands to your target which they will be compelled to follow.
Your commands must be relatively simple and within the targetβs intellectual grasp. You cannot make them obviously endanger themselves or violate their instinct for self-preservation. The effects of the command will fade after a day has passed.
Sherry looks around, staring, almost seemingly lost in his mind but those that look at him will notice his eyes seems to be glowing a shade of purple and shimmering as he stares into space.
Exert your Mind and spend a minute to activate. Investigate an area with a radius of up to 500 feet You must actively and obviously use Glasses to activate this Effect. Make a Trauma roll when you activate this Effect. At the end of your investigation, roll Perception + Investigation at Difficulty 6.
You learn the following information about the area:
Bryan affixes a piece of carefully folded paper from himself to an object, with the patterned creases subtly folding and shifting to observe their environment. Thanks to Bryan's connection with the paper, he is then able to perceive through, review information from, and even channel his power through the note.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action. Select a target within 10 feet. This Effect cannot be used unless you are in your Amorphous Transformation. You must use up folding paper in order to activate this Effect.
You place a ward, which is fixed to a target Object that can be moved and repositioned. You can hear and see through the ward as though you were standing at its location. You may have at most 8 wards active at once.
The ward requires Concentration to monitor, though it will remain active until you deactivate it. It can be detected with a roll and destroyed through mundane means.
You may activate a single Effect through your ward as though you were standing at its location. Doing so destroys the ward.
Your Ward records all activity it observes, regardless of whether or not you are actively monitoring it. This recording can be played back and referenced later.
After you finish activating this Effect, you cannot move quicker than a walk (max 15 feet per Round) for one minute and suffer a -1 dice penalty for an hour. Exhaustionβs penalty and duration stacks with multiple activations.
You may only use this Effect once per day.
Augustine, despite no βproperβ medical training has a penchant for helping people out of tricky situations, including those with grave injuries. With the blessing of the afflicted, he can help out.
Exert your Mind and spend 1 minute. Select a Living target within arm's reach. You cannot target yourself. Your target must also Exert their Mind to activate this Effect. Choose a specific Injury on your target that has not yet been treated with this Effect and roll Intellect + Melee at Difficulty 6.
If you succeed, the Injury is reduced in Severity by your Outcome. If you reduce its Severity to 0, the Injury is fully healed. Otherwise, it is partially healed and will heal the rest of the way at its natural rate.
This counts as a successful Makeshift Stabilization if the Injury was not already Stabilized; any Battle Scars caused by the Injury will remain.
A selection of several plants that promote healing - like, *really* promote it - which can be blended down into a dose of thick, slightly coppery red liquid. Unfortunately, the sensation of all your bones and flesh quickly snapping back into place can be... Disquieting.
Now available with or without pulp!
(This artifact uses the Chemistry secondary skill in place of Science if the user has it.)
Expend a point of Battery and spend 15 minutes. Select a Living target within arm's reach. Your target must also Exert their Mind to activate this Effect. Drop the tooth into your mark's pocket, purse, cleavage, or butt crack...anywhere a tooth will fit! Bump and run or a surreptitious drop work well. If you are feeling fancy, you can toss it, too!
Spend an Action and use up this wolf's tooth. Make a thrown attack at a target within normal attack range. Roll your for your attack as normal. The target may roll to dodge or defend, as normal for thrown attacks. The attack may or may not deal Damage as per a normal attack, at the user's choice.
Your target is marked with wolf fang until it is removed or until you choose to end the Effect. Your mark can be discovered if the target is inspected visually. Removal inflicts a Severity 1 Injury on the target.
You are aware of the marked target's vital status, injuries, direction and distance from you. You can have up to 3 marks active.
As a free creature, The Fairy cannot withstand being caged or imprisioned in any way. Luckily, they possess a glamour that allows them to unlock any lock binding them with a wink of their eye. The lock falls open with a sparkle of light and a sound like a ringing bell.
Spend an Action. Select a door, lock, or locked target within arm's reach. Cannot be used on Alien technology. This Effect cannot be used unless the targeted lock or door is being used to restrain or imprison you.
You may lock, unlock, and/or open your target.
The Future Soldier learned to create foam grenades in their own time period, and they still can, kinda. They look like glowing orange capsules with a rugged rubberized grip. When thrown, they burst into a splash of expanding neon orange foam. The foam hardens in seconds, severely hampering the movement of anyone unlucky enough to have been splashed. Those affected may use their hands or weapons to hack away at the foam and free themselves.
Occasionally, the fuses on these bootleg grenades fails, and they go off immediately.
Spend an Action and use up this small metallic grenade with pin (unless you succeed on 1d10, Difficulty 7). Make a thrown attack at a Location within normal attack range. Roll a single D10 as a critical failure check. If you roll a 1, the Effect fails, and you are hit as it activates immediately at your present location. The target may roll to dodge or defend, as normal for thrown attacks. The attack does not deal Damage, but the Effect does.
If you succeed, all affected targets will be restricted at their location by a physical, tangible binding. They can still move their arms and use Effects, but are reduced to ΒΌ of their movement speed.
The binding around a target must be destroyed in order for them to break free. Breaking the binding requires a total amount of Damage equal to twice the original Contested Outcome. Damage from multiple attacks is cumulative and stacks linearly.
The magician dons their wizard hat, raises their arms, wiggles their fingers, and a rain of sparks fly woosh around an object. It shudders to life and follows the magicians commands, including to do things it was not designed to do.

Exert your Mind and spend a minute. Select a Sapient target within 20 feet. You may select a target at any range if you use up fresh tracks of the target. At the end of your investigation, roll Perception + Survival at Difficulty 6.
