Velcity's eyes turn a violent blue as all that electricity sparks around him as he engages in very dexterous acts.
You gain the following benefits as long as you have your Glowing blue eyes.
Your Dexterity rating is increased by 0. You may Exert your Mind to automatically gain an Outcome of 5 on any roll that uses Dexterity (Cannot be used on combat rolls or Power activations).

You also gain the following effects:
Archie's bullets, silent as always, rip into the object of his annoyance. As it is blown to bits with a few deftly placed shots, the lighting of the environment is reflected in the cracks, bouncing off of itself with thin beams coming back out in the seconds it takes to destroy the object.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action to activate. Select a Non-Sapient Object within 20 feet no larger than a duffel bag (35 liters). You must actively and obviously use handguns to activate this Effect. Roll Dexterity + Firearms Difficulty 6.
If your Outcome is 4 or higher, the target will be completely destroyed and can no longer function, though it may still be repaired. If your Outcome is less than 4, the target will be partially damaged, and any attempts to use it will suffer a dice penalty equal to your Outcome.
As Bill walk around, getting shot, falling from heights, or even simply "burning" himself, it doesn't really seem to hurt him much, if at all. He just kind of shrugs it off as he gets shot even. His skin now as rugged as leather, seems to take impact and slice all the same from most sources.
While Bill can take bullets no problem, wildlife always seems to give him more trouble than usual. Between the alligator bites, the mosquito stings, something about living fibers can easily pass through his skin.
You gain the following benefits at all times.
You have 6 Armor, which reduces incoming damage from all sources of physical attack except natural attacks. Armor from multiple sources does not stack. This Armor cannot be circumvented with Called Shots.
Any Injury received from Damage that was reduced by this Armor is considered makeshift stabilized and will not degrade further. Any Battle Scar received from such an Injury is reduced by 1 level to a minimum of a Minor Battle Scar.
Any time your Armor prevents Damage, your Armor rating is temporarily decreased by 2. Whenever it goes five Rounds without preventing any Damage, it is restored back to its full value.
Gobster has gained the ability to be a quick and conniving fella, Wandering the earth with a grin and without a care in the world. Telling lies with beading eyes is the way of this jester.
His bells jingle and jangle as he moves in his jester attire in a whimsical tune of circus songs.
You gain the following benefits at all times.
Whenever you use your Movement, after all other calculations, the distance you may travel is increased by 25 feet.
If your last Action was used for an all-out sprint or you are already accelerated, you may spend an Action to accelerate without a roll, adding 100 feet/Round (not affected by your speed bonus) to your sprint speed, to a max of an extra 300 feet/Round. As long as you stay at these speeds, you may use this distance per Round as your Free Movement.
Any terrain you traverse while accelerated must be passable by a standard vehicle at similar speeds. Stopping, turning sharply, or decelerating more than 100 feet/Round must be performed as an Action. Failing to decelerate with an Action (whether because of an obstacle, sudden unfavorable terrain, an Injury, or other event) counts as a tumble or catastrophic vehicle collision as per the vehicle rules.
Outside of Combat, any non-Gift, non-movement Actions you attempt take drastically less time to complete, as long as your personal speed is a factor in the Action. Total time reduction is determined by the GM and capped at 90% (executing the Action takes no less than 1/10th the normal time).
Possession of this Power grants the following Trauma at all times: Compulsive Liar.

If you succeed, the target is afflicted with a Condition that causes any number of the following symptoms:
The affliction can be diagnosed with a Medicine roll, and may be cured by modern medicine through treatment at a fully equipped facility. Treatment outside of a facility may stop the affliction from worsening for a day, but will not cure the underlying Condition.
This Effect is not obvious, and the only sign you are using an Effect is Maple snapping her fingers. If someone suspects that an Effect was used, they must roll Perception + Alertness, Difficulty 8 to pick up on your Tell.
Possession of this Power grants the following Battle Scar: Shoulder Sublaxugation, weak stomach, and Concussive trauma.
Possession of this Power grants the following Trauma at all times: Antisocial Personality Disorder (ASPD).
Yvonnel using her artist's intuition can supernaturally understand the meaning or message of any writing, painting, or anything that may be considered art/artful. You gain the following benefits at all times. You must actively and obviously be using Yvonnels Journal to gain the benefits of this Effect.

The beastmaster shouts, and their human voice cracks into a deep, bestial roar. Their body swells with muscle, clothes melting into a thick pelt of fur. Seconds later the beastmaster is gone. Standing in their place is a massive grizzly bear.
However, even in human form the beast within remains close to the surface, and the beastmaster finds highly civilized social situations unbearable.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action.
You transform into a brown bear for two hours or until you choose to end the Effect. See the Extended System text for stats.
While transformed, you cannot use any equipment (including Artifacts and Consumables), and you cannot use your Active, Targeted, or Trap Powers. However, you can use your Passive Powers. Any equipment you are wearing transforms with you.
Injuries and Wound Level are carried over between forms. However, transforming can never kill you; you merely remain Incapacitated until your Injuries are sufficiently healed.

When the Vampire's lust for blood is satiated, their injuries heal at a remarkably fast rate and new injuries are quickly stabilized. While healing, the Vampire's skin retains its deathly pale appearance, as any blood he consumes is being used to repair his wounds.
You gain the following benefits as long as as long as you have drank a half gallon (lethal) amount of blood in the past 24 hours.
Any Injury you receive heals quickly, reducing its Severity by one level each hour. Any Injuries you receive while this Effect is active do not deteriorate over time. However, any Battle Scars caused by such an Injury will remain unless it is Properly Stabilized as normal.
The musician assumes a powerful stance and strums a mighty power chord on their guitar. A blast of sound waves radiate outwards, destroying all who dare face the power chord directly.

The area within 25 feet of you immediately and obviously becomes imminently dangerous. Roll Charisma + Performance at Difficulty 6.
