Sav'ant exudes an aura of authority, this aura prevents effects/attacks that are quote of quote "Weak" and "Feeble" from reaching him due to his sheer Authority and Confidence and political zealotry that he exudes. Sav'ant is simply so confident and so able to enforce his charisma apon the world itself: that attacks that are below a certain threshold are simply incapable of affecting and sometimes even reaching him.
