Assassinette's Arsenal A girl's best friend

1
The power to store things in a hidden stash.
Used by Luci Alessi, Created by Riley.
( )

Luci learned a thing or two from her brother. Her usual item choice for swap is a hairpin, but any item she attunes to seeps into her shadow and in its place produces anything from her stash.

spend a Free Action to activate.

You may withdraw an item from your stash, or add an item that is within arm’s reach to your stash. You may store Objects in your stash, each no larger than something which could fit inside a briefcase (15 liters), and you may store up to 3 things at a time.

  • Containers which hold multiple things may count as a single item so long as the things within are generally packaged together. For instance, you may stash a clip full of bullets, a medical kit full of medical supplies, or a box of crackers, but you cannot stash a backpack full of miscellaneous equipment.
  • You may only attempt to store Objects which are free-standing and disconnected from other things. The use of this Effect will not allow you to sever any connections holding an Object in place.
  • The Maximum Object Size parameter is intended to roughly capture the weight / size restriction of items and isn’t intended to restrict shape. GM discretion is advised. A human being is level 4 in the Maximum Object Size parameter.

Community Activated Gifts

Expend a point of Battery and spend a Quick Action to activate. This Effect cannot be used unless Shadows/Darkness.

You transform into Annubis! for 30 minutes. You have access to all of your Powers while you are Annubis!, and you can use your equipment. The Injuries and Battle Scars of your Alternate Form and your true form are tracked separately. While transformed, your Attributes are the same.

Your alternate form is its own deadly weapon. Unarmed attacks made in your alternate form deal +3 Bonus Damage and Brawn does not act as Armor against them.

You cannot speak any coherent verbal language and must resort to other means of communication.

  • Reminder: Bonus Damage from multiple sources does not stack. Instead, the highest Bonus is used.

Exert your Mind and spend an Action to activate. You must actively and obviously use Musical Instrument to activate this Effect. Roll Charisma + Performance at Difficulty 6.

If you succeed, you create a Barrier extending out 15 feet from yourself, which absorbs 2 times the next Outcome Damage. Only applies to attacks which originated outside the 15 foot radius, and protects anyone who is within that radius. The Damage reduction from the Barrier is applied before Armor, and is treated like Armor by any effects such as Armor Penetration. You may only have 1 active barrier at a time.

You must maintain Concentration while using this Effect. The Barrier will fall if you are interrupted, or if it absorbs the full amount of damage. When a Barrier falls, you cannot use this Effect again for a minimum of 2 Rounds. As long as it does not fall, the barrier regenerates back to full strength at the end of each Round of combat.

Exert your Mind and spend a Quick Action to activate. You must actively and obviously use Silver Necklace to activate this Effect.

You transform into A Mountain Goat or A Moose for one hour or until you choose to end the Effect. You cannot transform into a flying creature. See the Extended System text for stats.

While transformed, you cannot use any equipment (including Artifacts and Consumables), and you do not have access to any of your Powers. Any equipment you are wearing transforms with you.

Injuries and Wound Level are carried over between forms. However, transforming can never kill you; you merely remain Incapacitated until your Injuries are sufficiently healed.

While transformed, you are obviously unusual, unnatural, or alien, and the average person will take a special interest in you.

  • Creature Stats
    • Large (larger than human, smaller than elephant) Body: 8. Brawn 6. Dexterity 2. Fall damage increased by 2. Armor: 1
    • Medium (large house cat up to human) Body 3. Brawn 1. Dexterity 3. Fall damage reduced by 1.
All creatures get +3 dice to any non-combat Action that they are naturally adapted for. All creatures Medium and larger may attack by rolling Body, dealing +0 Damage (+1 for “predators”). Gms and Playgroup leaders can apply other bonuses and effects to specific animals.

Exert your Mind (unless you win a coin flip) and spend at least two Actions performing the following ritual: Pieces of whatever lies around form the extra limb onto Leons body, objects broken into pieces and slammed together to make an elongated arm that can form into a giant sword. to activate. You must maintain Concentration while activating this Effect, and it fails if you are interrupted.

You gain an additional limb that functions as a standard human arm and hand. Lasts one hour.

Each additional limb you posses can take one Quick Action per Round without incurring a -2 dice penalty to your main Action. Any Battle Scars that affect or remove your additional limb will heal in a single week.

Your extra appendage can be used to attack in exactly the same manner as a Giant Sword.

Your appendage has a grip that is hard to shake. You may attempt a grapple with only your Extra Appendage at no penalty.

Exert your Mind (unless you win a coin flip) and spend an hour to activate. Select a Battle Scar on yourself to treat.

The treated Battle Scar will heal over the course of the next week.

Exert your Mind and spend 1 minute to activate. You must use up at least a gallon of water in order to activate this Effect. Choose a specific Injury on yourself that has not yet been treated with this Effect and roll Brawn + Survival at Difficulty 6.

If you succeed, the Injury is reduced in Severity by your Outcome. If you reduce its Severity to 0, the Injury is fully healed. Otherwise, it is partially healed and will heal the rest of the way at its natural rate.

This counts as a successful Makeshift Stabilization if the Injury was not already Stabilized; any Battle Scars caused by the Injury will remain.

  • Unstabilized wounds do not degenerate during treatment.

Exert your Mind (unless you win a coin flip) and spend 15 minutes to activate. This Effect cannot be used unless you are in a wilderness environment.

Choose a specific type of food, water, or survival supply which could fit inside a messenger bag (up to 10 liters). It cannot be Alien and must be relatively basic. You cannot create explosives. You cannot create firearms.

Roll Perception + Survival to fabricate up to 5 copies of your chosen Object. The Difficulty is assigned by the GM and depends on the specificity of your chosen Object. Created item lasts 1 hour, but you may keep up to three fabricated objects at a time that do not expire after an hour, and will last until they are destroyed.

  • If you want to make a new object which doesn't expire and you already have 3, you must choose one of those three and let it expire. You can still fabricate temporary items when you are maxed out on permanent ones.
  • You can fabricate a container of something so long as it contains a single type of thing (such as a tank of water) or it is designed to be packaged together (such as a first aid kit).
  • For setting the difficulty for the fabrication roll, something like a "shirt" would be difficulty 5, whereas "Police uniform" would be difficulty 9. The Outcome determines overall quality and how well the item fits the request.

Exert your Mind and spend an Action to activate. You must use up a container of fine powder in order to activate this Effect.

You automatically detect all object that are designed to detect people, including tripwires, security cameras, detection lasers, heat sensors, etc within 50 feet of you for the next ten minutes. You have a clear sense of both the distance and direction towards any detected items. You get details of what each detected item is, as if you've glanced at each object.

Exert your Mind and spend one minute to activate. You must actively and obviously use a cell phone to activate this Effect.

Summon a single goon at your location. They will last until they are destroyed. They are controlled by the GM but will follow any commands you give. You may have at most 1 minion active at a time.

Minions have 6 Body and can make melee range attacks with 5 dice to attack and +1 Damage. Your minions can move 20 feet per Round as Free Movement, and double that when performing an all-out Sprint. They cannot dodge or Defend. They have dog-level intelligence, but are capable of communicating information back to you. Any Perception checks they make are rolled with 3 dice.

You may only use this Effect once per day.

Exert your Mind (unless you win a coin flip) and spend 1 minute to activate. This Effect cannot be used unless you drink blood directly from a human until it injures them. Choose a specific Injury on yourself that has not yet been treated with this Effect and roll Brawn + Occult at Difficulty 6.

Anyone who witnesses you during this Effect's activation or for its duration will almost certainly be disturbed to see you drink blood directly from the vein.

  • When narrating disturbing content, be cognizant of your group's tone and accommodating to those who would like to "fast forward" through the description.
  • Unstabilized wounds do not degenerate during treatment.
