Luci's shadow doubles as a holding space that she's allowed to use from the Umbral Plane. Her preferred method of stashing is stuffing the object in her shadow, however, she can also dematerialize and rematerialize objects in her hands into shadows that will seep over her shoulder or down into her shadow.
Spend a Quick Action to activate.
You may withdraw an item from your stash, or add an item that is within arm’s reach to your stash. You may only stash targets which are in your possession, grappled, or otherwise controlled by you.
You may store any targets in your stash, each no larger than something which could fit inside an SUV (4,000 liters), and you may store up to 7 things at a time.
You may choose to equip any equipment you withdraw at no additional cost.
Animate targets may Resist being stashed.
luminescent circuitry materializes around them, pulsating with energy but its all in his head.
You gain the following benefits at all times.
Your Intellect rating is increased by 1. You may Exert your Mind to automatically gain an Outcome of 5 on any roll that uses Intellect (Cannot be used on combat rolls or Power activations).
You also gain the following effects:
A mobile app, a shortcut on a desktop, an extra button on a vending machine, somehow if the OS can be on a machine it will be when Eun-Ha interacts with it. Even if the device wasn't originally hers or in her possession long enough for her to have download or upload it.
As it can only work on Leng system locale it will automatically change the system to it before any command is issued. Afterwards any machine or device within 300 feet is beholden to the system. No exceptions. Except for those most alien for now...
Exert your Mind and spend 1 minute. Select a Device within 300 feet. Does not work on Alien technology. You must actively and obviously use an electronic device capable of some form of internet or networking to activate this Effect. Roll Intellect + Technology, with the Difficulty set by the GM depending on the security of the system you are hacking. Sapient targets can resist by rolling Mind at Difficulty 6.
If you succeed, you may issue a single command to the targeted system. This command must have a specific outcome or be a request for specific login credentials. The command you issue must be within the machine's current capabilities. For example, you cannot order a standard security camera to grow legs and walk around.
You may issue a "self-destruct" command that leaves the hacked system's hardware inoperable, even if that machine had no such functionality previously. Only works on Computers.
When targeting non-computer devices, you may operate switches, buttons, dials, levers, and latches.
Every hack you make leaves behind an impossible locale in the system as a personal "calling card" that informs anyone who uses the system that the hack occurred.
Bummer & Lazarus - a pair of mongrel stray dogs much beloved by the denizens of San Francisco who wandered the streets of that fair city at the same time as the illustrious Emperor Norton the First. With the long wait for a successor now over, the spirits of these noble canines may be summoned up once more by the current Emperor, arriving from any nearby dumpster, alleyway, or similar when called. They otherwise look like ordinary dogs in every way.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action. You must actively and obviously use Imperial Raiment to activate this Effect.
Summon a single Stray Dog at your location. They will last until they are destroyed. They are controlled by the GM but will follow any commands you give. You may have at most 2 minions active at a time.

The spirit of Yoritomo Yoshitsune, the legendary samurai, has partially possessed Leon. Terry runs his hands over his patient's wounds, treating and muttering caring words. Blue sparks leap under his fingers, sealing wounds before your very eyes!
The wounds are sealed with a passion for caring. If the patient harms another individual soon after treatment, the healing is undone.
Exert your Mind (unless you have not seen them physically harm another sapient being) and spend 2 Actions. Select a Living or Dead target within arm's reach. Choose a specific Injury on your target that has not yet been treated with this Effect and roll Intellect + Medicine at Difficulty 5.
If you succeed, the Injury is reduced in Severity by your Outcome. If you reduce its Severity to 0, the Injury is fully healed. Otherwise, it is partially healed and will heal the rest of the way at its natural rate.
This counts as a successful Makeshift Stabilization if the Injury was not already Stabilized; any Battle Scars caused by the Injury will remain. Your patient is required to not physically harm another sapient being for the next month. If they violate this rule, your treatment is immediately reversed.
If your Outcome is greater than the Severity of the Injury you were attempting to treat, you may apply any excess Outcome to other Injuries on the same patient.
If you begin healing an Injury on a target that has been dead for less than a minute, and your healing reduces their Wound Level to a non-lethal level, their life is restored.
The hacker can overload any electronic device by fiddling with their smart watch for a moment. The targeted device shudders and gets white-hot before bursting into deadly shrapnel.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action. Select a object that uses electricity within 20 feet no larger than a duffel bag (35 liters). You must actively and obviously use a smart watch to activate this Effect. Roll Intellect + Technology Difficulty 6.
If your Outcome is 4 or higher, the target will be completely destroyed and can no longer function, though it may still be repaired. If your Outcome is less than 4, the target will be partially damaged, and any attempts to use it will suffer a dice penalty equal to your Outcome.
When a target is destroyed, it sends shards flying. Anyone within 5 feet of the object rolls 4d10 at Difficulty 6 and takes damage equal to the Outcome. Can be reacted to.

Exert your Mind and spend 15 minutes. Select a Living target within arm's reach. You must actively and obviously use basic medical supplies to activate this Effect. Choose a specific Injury on your target that has not yet been treated with this Effect and roll Intellect + Medicine at Difficulty 8.
You may specify a specific condition that the patient must adhere to. If they break this condition, the treatment is immediately reversed. Record this regimen as a Condition.
Who wouldn't want one of the mad scientist's famous implants? All it takes is a little time and a few terrifying experiments, and you too could be a better you!
Warning: not fully tested on humans. Risk of dry mouth, upset stomach, or lost limbs. Do not consult your doctor before signing the liability release.
Exert your Mind and spend eight hours. Select a Living or Animate target within arm's reach. Roll a single D10 as a critical failure check. If you roll a 1, the Effect fails, and you cause a major Battle Scar instead of an augmentation. Your target must make a Trauma roll when you activate this Effect. The target can easily Resist.
You may add one augmentation to your target. Each augmentation counts as a Battle Scar and can have exactly one of the following Effects:
The augmentations you provide are not outwardly visible nor obvious.
The Blademaster is so attuned to blades that they may manipulate any bladed object at a range simply by willing it. Observers see translucent spider-silk connecting the Blademaster's fingers to the blade, allowing them to puppet it.
