This Artifact grants you the power to communicate over great distances.

(As long as you and your target are conversing, it is obvious each participant is communicating with someone. You must use this Artifact obviously when activating this Effect.)

The supplicant performs a short prayer and requests the aid of his Goddess and is able to speak to anyone any where. This power is a two way street, however - anyone seeking the Powers of a Goddess will find themselves bound to her service. It is tiring to use this ability people would be wise to take their time.

Servant of Nephtys - You are bound to serve the cause of the Goddess, restoring temples, retrieving artifacts, & promoting her worship

Exert your Mind and spend an Action to activate. Select a target any distance away from you. You must have a specific target in mind, but you require only an intuitive understanding of them, such as their name, face, or Location. This Effect cannot be used unless Darkness/shadows.

You open up a line of conversation to your target, and may continue speaking with them without any additional Exertion cost for as long as you maintain Concentration

The conversation will only be perceived by the intended recipient. You must share a common language for your target to understand the message.

After you finish activating this Effect, you cannot move quicker than a walk (max 15 feet per Round) for one minute and suffer a -1 dice penalty for an hour.

Possession of this Artifact causes the following Trauma to manifest over the course of a day: Servant of Nepthys. If you lose possession of this Artifact, the Trauma heals over the course of the next month.
