Description
"He points at the man and utters a violent command: "Struggle", and immediately the man's body feels the collective toil of the working class and immediately their body experiences suffering: as you watch the man writhe in pain blood begins to burst from his mouth and eyes as his organs all collectively fail."
Sav'ant has the ability to overwhelm the minds and bodies of the meek and weak-willed, he issues a command or violent statement towards them and they must resist it with their soul: their very confidence, or else they immediately feel the repercussions: Suffering. Usually this manifests through organ failure, total organ failure, blood vessel bursting, or some other effect.
System
Spend an Action, Exert your Mind, choose a target within 300 feet, and roll Charisma + Influence Difficulty 6. The target may defend by rolling Mind, Difficulty 6 as a Free Action.
Damage dealt equals the difference between your attack roll's Outcome and the defensive roll's (if one was made), plus 2.The target's Armor is Fully Effective.
Enhancements
- Beam-o-war (You may use this Effect to Defend against any melee, projectile, or firearm Attacks within range or Clash against any Attack targeted at you. Using it to Defend deals no Damage but does not cost Exertion.)
- Cantrip (Activating this Effect has no Exertion cost, but its Gift Cost can never be increased above 2.)
