Description
Sav'ant being the sole proprietor and prophet of Buddhaeo-Communism, is able to enforce his political and religious zealotry on other people in order to force harm onto their body through sheer authority and force of will by overwhelming their meek minds with his Buddhaeo-Communist melarky. Sav'ant is able to psyhically cause pain and suffering to people by overloading their minds with his stupid Buddhaeo-Communist bullshit that it actually causes harm to their bodies: because their bodies themselves reject the ideology because it literally should be impossible to exist: and shuts down as a trauma response.
System
Spend an Action, Exert your Mind, choose a target within 300 feet, and roll Charisma + Influence Difficulty 6. The target may defend by rolling Mind, Difficulty 6 as a Free Action.
Damage dealt equals the difference between your attack roll's Outcome and the defensive roll's (if one was made), plus 3.The target's Armor is Fully Effective.
Enhancements
- Beam-o-war (You may use this Effect to Defend against any melee, projectile, or firearm Attacks within range or Clash against any Attack targeted at you. Using it to Defend deals no Damage but does not cost Exertion.)
- Cantrip (Activating this Effect has no Exertion cost, but its Gift Cost can never be increased above 2.)
