The Well's Gallery is the prime manifestation of Luci's power-set. The Gallery is a holding space within The Well hidden within her shadow and barring very few people, she is the only one that can access it. She can be creative about pulling things in an out of the Gallery, but most of the time, she crouches down and dips her hand into her own shadow, parting it as if it were a thick viscous ink before pulling out her desired object/entity.
an Art exhibit, very similar to Luci's interpretation of the perfect room
The Gallery, from the inside, manifests as... well, a gallery. It is a rectangular room- like a long hall museum exhibit with a tall domed ceiling that hangs some well crafted chandeliers purely for decoration. The walls are simple- a base sky amber with white diagonal lines. The floor is a classic tarrazzo flooring system with an off-white color that resembles polished stone.
Items that are stashed within The Gallery are stored as exhibits. Most of them appear as snapshots in time on paintings or murals, taken when they are first stashed. But for more sapient targets that can not easily be contained in pictures, they are put inside of a 15 foot by 15 foot by 15 foot indestructible display case.
Spend a Quick Action.
You may withdraw an item from your stash, or add an item that is within 30 feet of you to your stash. You may only stash targets which are not possessed by someone else, and are freestanding and unattached. You may Exert your Mind and spend an Action to stash items in others' possession, but they automatically notice that you stole the item.
You may store any targets in your stash, each no larger than something which could fit inside an SUV (4,000 liters), and you may store up to 7 things at a time.
You may choose to equip any equipment you withdraw at no additional cost.
Time is effectively frozen inside your stash. Anything Sapient inside can still move and may still experience their own localized, subjective passage of time.
Animate targets may Resist being stashed.
Objects turn into ethereal fog before condensing and disappearing into the user's hand.

Pey opens their mouth. There is a flash of violet light, as a small nestles itself in their mouth, and on more rests in their earlobe.
These Fae speak for Pey and tell Pey what they hear.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action.
You may understand and communicate to humans as if you are fluent in a relevant language for the next hour.
While active and speaking to a single individual, you may choose to use glib tongue. When you do, anything you say to them (even gibberish) will be exactly what they want to hear. You gain no understanding of what that might be.
Lizzie takes a staff carved from a branch. She grips it tight, and focuses, attuning herself to nature, and the natural order.
She reaches out for the living beings of nature and finds those that are strange and supernatural.
Exert your Mind and spend one minute. You must actively and obviously use A staff taken from the branch of a tree to activate this Effect.
You automatically detect all alien creatures within 300 feet of you for the next hour. This includes any who come within range during the duration. You have a sense of how many valid targets are nearby, as well as their distance and direction.
Even if there are no alien creatures within 300 feet of you, you become aware of the direction the closest one is in, as well as a rough sense of its distance from you.
The consumable appears to be two chemical vials. Pour them upon an object or pile of items, and watch as it shifts and molds. This normally takes months or years to research and produce, but who are you to complain? It's food.
After a minute you'll get your requested food item, whose output weight matches that of the input. The taste of the food will depend on the value of the object. Make sure it's exactly 1 minute (not that you can tell if it takes a bit longer than that). Who knows what'll happen if it isn't.
On alchemy:
Here comes the alchemist chef. Does Delphyrion need to specify that this is a transformation from one object to another? Not really. Do they really like the law of conservation of mass and matter? Nope. Do they know they don't have to do all this stuff to limit themselves? Debatable. They'll just insist that this is for the science, the discovery, the suspense, the funny shenanigans.
On the vials:
They appear to be generic vials of clear liquid when unused, though that's questionable enough in and of itself if Delphyrion ever needs to get it past TSA (not that it's much of an issue anymore, considering the availability of their little stash). Hopefully Delph has labeled these correctly, lest they try to chuck this at someone instead of their signature piranha solution. What is the liquid called, anyway? ...Schrodinger's solution. It either exists or it doesn't. Or maybe it's somewhere in between...
On the backpack:
This consumable used to be a backpack. It was easy enough to mistake for any backpack at all, and Delphyrion had not put a label on it. They have lost quite a few beakers and pens to it whenever they mused about their next experiment, as they often reach epiphanies by saying, "If only I had [food item]". Perhaps that's why the artifact works this way.
On food quality:
For some reason the output quality directly ties to the price of food in Orlando. So, use a 5-cent pencil, and you'll get a 5-cent quality potato fry*.
Also, yeah, make sure it's 1 minute exactly. This is a theoretical number; no one has tried to test its limits, hence its reference to Schrodinger.
*Food will vanish from your stomach after 2 hours.
Use up this pair of chemical vials and spend 1 minute. Roll 7 dice Difficulty 6, dice penalties do not apply.
Choose a specific type of Food, Drugs, and Administration which could fit inside a regular backpack (up to 27 liters). It must be Non-Alien and generic. You cannot create explosives. You may create firearms.
Roll Intellect + Science to fabricate up to 5 copies of your chosen Object. The Difficulty is assigned by the GM and depends on the specificity of your chosen Object. The created item lasts 2 hours.
Dill can store an obscene amount of weapons in a nebulous pocket dimension Dill calls the Beetle Space.
Spend a Quick Action. Roll a single D10 as a critical failure check. If you roll a 1, the Effect fails, and you pull a random object, such as a chicken or live grenade. You must actively and obviously use Fork to activate this Effect.
You may withdraw an item from your stash, or add an item that is within arm’s reach to your stash. You may only stash targets which are in your possession, grappled, or otherwise controlled by you.
You may store exterminator tools (must have killed or harmed a rat or wererat with that specific type of object) in your stash, each no larger than something which could fit inside a briefcase (15 liters), and you may store up to 15 of them at a time.
You may choose to equip any equipment you withdraw at no additional cost.
The time-traveler spins the second hand on one of their watches and speeds up until they are a blur.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action. You must actively and obviously use a watch to activate this Effect.
Lasts 1 minute. Whenever you use your Movement, after all other calculations, the distance you may travel is doubled.
Outside of Combat, any non-Gift, non-movement Actions you attempt take drastically less time to complete, as long as your personal speed is a factor in the Action. Total time reduction is determined by the GM and capped at 90% (executing the Action takes no less than 1/10th the normal time).
Any successful musician knows the value of a good roadie. The musician calls for a roadie, and one will promptly arrive. The roadie doesn't talk much, and they aren't too bright, but they can sure haul gear.
After a couple hours of work, the roadie will retire to smoke and get some sleep.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action.
Summon a single Sapient roadie at your location. They last for two hours or until they are destroyed. They are controlled by the GM but will follow any commands you give. You may have at most one minion active at a time.
You may only use this Effect once per day.
If the Selkie's seal skin is worn close to the body, any contact with salt water will cause them to transform into a seal. While transformed, they have full access to their normal suite of Powers.
This Effect activates whenever you are submerged in salt water. It does not require an Action or Exertion. Your target should be intuitively based on the triggering event.
You transform into small for two hours or until you choose to end the Effect. See the Extended System text for stats.
While transformed, you cannot use any equipment (including Artifacts and Consumables), and you cannot use your Active, Targeted, or Trap Powers. However, you can use your Passive Powers. Any equipment you are wearing transforms with you.
Injuries and Wound Level are carried over between forms. However, transforming can never kill you; you merely remain Incapacitated until your Injuries are sufficiently healed.
The beastmaster shouts, and their human voice cracks into a deep, bestial roar. Their body swells with muscle, clothes melting into a thick pelt of fur. Seconds later the beastmaster is gone. Standing in their place is a massive grizzly bear.
However, even in human form the beast within remains close to the surface, and the beastmaster finds highly civilized social situations unbearable.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action.
You transform into a brown bear for two hours or until you choose to end the Effect. See the Extended System text for stats.

Possession of this Power grants the following Trauma at all times: Intolerance for society. When you are in a situation with strict social protocols (like a trial or a formal dinner) roll Self-Control not to enter a flight or fight response.
The toon shouts a catchphrase, strikes a pose, and then zips away at a high speed, leaving a cloud of dust behind. While moving, they look like a blur.
