Deep within the Chort's bog, scrawled into a tree one could find etched a series of haiku written in an unknown hand: 

In the Russian bog's embrace, I lie, Bound by betrayal, under the Leshen's eye. Once trusted allies turned to dark deceit, Leaving me ensnared, a prisoner's defeat.

Through the misty veil, the Leshen creeps, Its ancient power awakened, forever keeps. Roots like serpents, entwined and tight, A chilling reminder of a forsaken plight.

Oh, how the whispers of nature's realm lament, As I dwell in this bog, a prisoner unbent. Betrayed by those who swore loyalty true, Left to face the Leshen, a fate cruel and undue.

But still, I find solace in the bog's expanse, For in its murky depths, I dare to dance. I hear the echoes of ancient spirits past, Whispering courage, resilience that will last.

Within these mossy bounds, strength arises, Defiance kindled, determination crystallizes. For though the Leshen's hold may seem unkind, A kitsune's spirit within me, it shall find.

After the contract I found one of the things that I was missing and it was the ability to figure out why people are well I want to say thinking the issue is that people are not that trustworthy so my idea was to use a device that can scan them for anomalies and find their weakness. The device is simple and slick and can be used to easily slip over the head. The hard part was making sure I could slip this off to quick so I needed to make sure the device was something that I could easily slip on and off my head so I went with Velcro that was the quickest way to keep it together. I really wanted it to be quick and smith from a design prospective.

For my next iteration I wanted the green light to not be so obvious the light is reall obnoxious O don't want to blind people and make this so hard that they freak out from all the crazy technology.

I really want this to work out and make it better for them. I really don't know if it is the greatest idea to get this right. I wonder if this would making me a horrible person to do this. I do like the abilites that I am learning and how fast I can do things but this is a getting a bit much. Do I really need to risk my life for this? All the time? Really?

I have been trying to figure out a way to do some different things. What I want to do is not really feel pain anymore I was hoping I could get it so that I was able to do that damn thing and get this over with but the issue is well. So what I did was work with the plan and that it could attach to my sense and take away the pain from me. I just dont feel a damn thing. It's like being drunk all the time. But like you still have your balance it's nice. I like it and I am trying to figure out a way I could bottle this up and sell it. That would be the best way to do this. I am pretty sure. I am spent some time with this plant and wanted to figure what wouldmake this work. Could I work more with the plant and get this going in a way that I could really make an impression on this and do something else? What more could I do? Or what else could I make this happen for? You know there are different ways to go about this. But I jsut got to get to a way to talk to it so that it see's my side of things. Figure out a way that this could last. You know? It's jsut this kinda battle with who is right and wrong in how we would figure this whole shit out. or other things.

That was the wierdest shit I ever did see. So this has nothing to do with the game more or less how we responded to what happeend later. This is a tale of what I learned and how I need to figure my shit out. I figured out how to imrpove my abilty to jump better this I think will be quite useful. I am not sure how benificial it might be but it would be a better way for me to figure out how to get this going. I know there are some really crazy ways to jump over things but this has been the most useful But the only side effect is that with my connection to the plant it makes it so that I can jum fast an quickly with little effort. I would like to be able to jump a bit higher. But I think that is something I will figure out later. Right now I have to concentrate just to get to where I want to. That amount of effort will cost me in the end. I wanted to find another way to get around but this worked the best. My next idea is to start creating more interesting deivces that I can use to jump around and be able to do this for longer periods of time. I really gotta figure this out. I would rather not deal with this sort of combat but something has to be done and I am not about to figure this out on my own.

I, uh, I'm not sure if this is working, I think I dropped- ah, there we go, uh, Neil's, Neil's log, log number...Four? Yeah, four I think, I'm gonna start numbering these things, so, uh, anyway, log four, yeah, so, after that last... debacle, I've been, uh, doing some research. On the thing. I uh, I haven't actually found anything on it, which is kinda annoying, but given that what I have to work with is the local library, anything I can smuggle into the house, and anything I can find on the internet, it, uh, it's kind of to be expected. Not a lot of great sources of information. So I've been thinking, on my, uh, death touch hand blast thing, and, well, I've come to the conclusion that it probably works on most things, but kinda sorta needs to work its way through stuff? I'm not sure if I'm explaining this right, but, uh, to try and be clearer, when the miasma hits something, it causes that thing to decay in real time. Simple, yet effective. When it comes to armour, though, it needs to work its way through the stuff to actually get at the armour, so if you put, say, a sheet of metal between the hand and the target, it would need to rust its way through the metal before it could actually hit its target. I'm not sure if I'll be able to circumvent that with more experience, but I've been thinking, maybe I can try to sort of... curve it? Control the hand, is what I'm saying, to circumvent barriers. I'd, uh, probably need a bit more experience using it, but it's an interesting idea, is what I'm saying. So, yeah, Neil's log, Log Four, Neil out.

Leon honestly had to stop taking some jobs that people handed out. The people on them were always, at best, bizarre control freaks and the job itself was completely fucking pointless.

So Leon had actually begun keeping a little black book of Harbingers he would outright refuse jobs from. The alien guy who set up the whole problem with the bullshit ass interdimensional aliens that could evade nearly any kind of detection. He'd need to keep an eye out for that fucker. Nearly sent them all to their deaths. 

Then there was the asshole who sent him into that VR factory bullshit that had him working with fucking Count Feratu of all people. Such an asshole, that started this whole bullshit cascade and had him working with both Allena and Batamir. 

Trash bags. 

Though that was as far as Leon got into that process before he was interrupted. Heading out to handle his issues with Hasashi came next, and thankfully, after a few dozen messages followed by rigorous self healing processes he had managed to convince the man that despite them needing to go out and hunt a monster now and then he'd finally stop hunting Leon as the realization that his clan had deafened the gods by killing the Zenko Inari that their shrines had once been dedicated to was enough to crack the man's dense ass skull. How can you claim to be traditional Shinto and defile the very spirits that commune with those you venerate most highly? 

Fat lot of good a good luck blessing is going to do you after all when you could've had Amaterasu bless you with a cooler summer to prevent a tsunami dipshit. 

Christ. Humans. So frustrating. 

BROOOOO! I totally know Kung Fu now! I was, like, taking a class on it, seeing as I'm not great at the whole "close quarters" thing, and it just sorta... clicked. Not the actual Kung Fu stuff, or any of that, but the whole super speed Kung Fu thing! See, I'm like, way fast, bruh, and if I go really fast, then that means I punch real fast, and if I punch real fast, or kick real fast, or just do anything real fast, there's suddenly a whole lotta force behind me, you get what I'm saying, bruh? And then, and then, with all that force, my hit becomes really, really hard, so I can just straight up punch dudes.

Aside from that, anyway, I'm like, way fast now. Not like before, where I had to turn it on, sort of like a car, instead it's just, like, all the time. I can probably outrace cars over a decent distance now, dude, it's just wicked cool. Almost like there was some kinda... update, to the way my powers work. I don't feel like I'm going as fast as I used to, but hey, it's a good trade to be able to go fast any time I want now, I'm gonna dominate all the games the coach puts me in, for sure. Now all I gotta do is make sure I don't go too fast, and end up getting called out. That'd sure be a bad time, just cause I'm breaking the laws of physics don't mean I'm breaking the rules though.
