Description
"You see Sav'ant look at the man as he gives the speech, and you watch Sav'ant clench his fist as if crushing something in the palm of his hand and you hear him whisper something you can't quite understand , suddenly the man giving the speech seems to pause for a moment as if processing something or having a moment, a headache, before suddenly blood begins to explode out of his orfices and he drops to the floor. As you come to terms with what's just happened, Sav'ant has already begun to leave."
Sav'ant looks in the direction of someone or something hes targeting, and focuses his mind and soul: his mental acuity: opening himself up to the universe and the powers at be for a moment as he begins to inflitrate the mind and soul of his target (If they have one). Sav'ant then uses his infiltration of the target's mind and soul in order to assume control over their body for a brief moment, attacking it by attacking/closing their chakra centers which in turn closes and shuts down the organs that each of those chakra centers would've corresponded to: resulting in organ failure. This ability though requires one psychical tell: Sav'ant clenches his hand into a fist as if he himself were psychically crushing the being of his target.
Sav'ant requires the use of Buddhist Ornamentry in order to use this ability, as he crushes his hand around say a bracelet of mala beads: he needs them to help channel his attack of the mind and soul in order to assume control: and he needs them in order to assist in the mental mantra and prayer and introspection that he must undergo in order to use this ability.
System
Spend an Action, Exert your Mind, choose a target within 300 feet, and roll Charisma + Influence Difficulty 6. The target may defend by rolling Mind, Difficulty 6 as a Free Action.
Damage dealt equals the difference between your attack roll's Outcome and the defensive roll's (if one was made), plus 2.The target's Armor is Fully Effective.
Enhancements
- Beam-o-war (You may use this Effect to Defend against any melee, projectile, or firearm Attacks within range or Clash against any Attack targeted at you. Using it to Defend deals no Damage but does not cost Exertion.)

(Using this Effect is not obvious. Choose a Tell that occurs only when you use the Effect; if-- and only if-- someone suspects that a Effect was used, they must roll Perception + Alertness, Difficulty 8 to pick up on your Tell.)
